Sayid is finally reunited in the future with Nadia, a girl he grew up with. When he was working in the Republican Guard she was brought there for him to torture. Instead, he sneaked her food and helped her escape. On the island, Sayid carries her picture with him, hoping to find her someday. We see him in the future, he has found and married Nadia, but a few days later she is killed on Lost.

Why do these characters not want to help the other passengers left behind on the island? Hurley tells Jack they need to go back and help the other passengers from the island, but Jack doesn't want to. Later on, Jack tells Kate they need to go back and help the other passengers, but she doesn't want to. Why not? Why do they tell the world that the other passengers from the plane are dead, when Jack and Hurley say at different points during the show they are not. The mystery continues.
